Potential Undergraduate and Graduate Students

If you are interested in exploring undergraduate research opportunities in the Social Cognitive Development Lab (Directed Study, Volunteer, Summer Internship Program), please send an email to baronlabmgr (at) psych.ubc.ca with the following information (your student year at UBC, your concentration, experience interacting with children, and a statement about why you're interested in joining this lab). Our call for Undergraduate Researchers can be seen here. Call For Undergraduates

For students interested in applying for term time research assistant positions (volunteer or for academic credit) or to our sponsored Summer Internship Program, please download and complete the following application form. If you are applying to the SIP please also include a detailed coverletter. All candidates should include a copy of your transcript (unofficial is fine). Please note the positions in this lab are very competitive and we receive many more applications than available positions. We are particularly interested in applicants looking to make a commitment beyond a single term to the lab (with the exception of the SIP).

If you are considering graduate studies in Psychology at UBC and are interested in learning more about the Social Cognitive Development Lab, please send an email to Dr. Andrew Baron directly at abaron (at) psych.ubc.ca
